Has Sonakshi Sinha signed onto the Bolly adaptation of 'Karachi, You're Killing Me'?

Sonakshi Sinha, presently shooting for Abhinay Deo's Force 2, has signed on to play a Karachi-based journalist in Noor, a film based on Saba Imtiaz's popular novel Karachi, You're Killing Me!
The film will be in production before the year ends and is said to release by 2017, reports BizAsia.
Saba Imtiaz's novel revolves around a female journalist Aisha and her work struggles in the titular city. According to Box Office India, newcomer Sunhil Sippy, known for his work in commercials and photography, will make his directorial debut with this film. The film will be based in Pakistan.
We're excited to see Sonakshi Sinha pulling off the role of a disgruntled Karachiite and portraying the issues of a reporter, especially a female one, as she navigates this bustling city.
